The eleven commitments
01Display a firm and final price for each unit, with fees and taxes distinguished.
02Back each programme with a bank financial completion guarantee.
03Communicate a VEFA payment schedule called on bailiff-confirmed progress.
04State an expected delivery date and disclose any change.
05Provide energy documentation before signing the reservation contract.
06Entrust sales to one identified authorised member agency per programme.
07Do not place several brokers in competition for the same buyer.
08Keep the same contact from preliminary agreement to key handover.
09Clear handover reservations within the legal perfect-completion period.
10Subscribe decennial and damage-to-works insurance for each operation.
11Submit published buyer reviews to Chamber verification.
